By car: Paid Parking: Street parking, paid. 2 minutes on foot: Victor Hugo Parking. Free Parking: Parc des Expositions-Le Cube parking is 5 minutes away. 💡 How is the key collection done? It’s very simple. Entry into the premises is done independently for your comfort thanks to the key box. The procedure will be communicated to you later for a smooth arrival. 💡 Are you the only tenants of the property? Yes. 💡 Is the Wi-Fi connection private and free? Yes, subject to the operator's signal quality.
Interaction
The Mon Groom team ensures to remain available at all times (from 10 am to 6 pm, every day). You can contact us directly through messaging or by phone. In case of an emergency, a team member will come to your accommodation. As no member of the Mon Groom team resides on-site, immediate intervention may not be possible. However, committed to a quality approach, we will respond within reasonable time frames so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

To keep in mind: 1) Please respect the premises and the neighborhood. The stay takes place in an accommodation, not a hotel. 2) Upon departure, kindly leave the place in good condition, as upon arrival: empty the bins into the designated containers, close the windows, lower the heating, and turn off the lights. 3) In case of any issues, our team will strive to take immediate measures, but please note that there is no on-site personnel. 4) Cleaning is scheduled for property restoration, including cleaning the premises and laundry by professionals. This does not include dishwashing, handling various wastes, deodorization, etc. Dishes must be clean and put away. A supplement of €25 will be charged for additional expenses. 5) Bed sheets and towels are provided; changes during the stay are available upon request with an additional fee. 6) An additional cleaning service is available for €50, to be requested before your arrival. 7) You will find supplies for your arrival. Products for the rest of the stay are your responsibility. 8) Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee and subject to availability. 9) Non-compliance with the house rules (presence of pets, smoking odors regardless of the source, etc.) will result in a €50 supplement for management fees. 10) Heating and water must be used responsibly and in accordance with the laws. Their use is intended for the number of travelers indicated in the reservation. If we observe excessive consumption, such as an amount not in line with the number of travelers, a request for reimbursement of incurred expenses will be made.
