Interaction
The Mon Groom team always strives to remain available (from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., every day). You can contact us directly via messaging or by phone. In case of emergency, a team member will come to your accommodation. As no member of Mon Groom resides on site, immediate intervention is not possible. However, as we are committed to quality, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

For your reference: 1. Please respect the property and the neighborhood. Your stay takes place in a home, not in a hotel. 2. Upon departure, please leave the property in good condition, as you found it: empty the trash in the containers, close the windows, turn down the heating, and switch off the lights. 3. In case of any issue, our team will strive to act quickly, but please note there is no staff on site. 4. A cleaning is scheduled to return the property to its original state, including cleaning the premises and linens by professionals. This does not include washing dishes, miscellaneous waste, deodorization, etc. All dishes must be clean and put away. An additional fee of €25 will be charged for extra costs. 5. Sheets and towels are provided: changes during your stay are available on request for an extra fee. 6. An additional cleaning service is available for €50, to be requested before your arrival. 7. Supplies are provided for your arrival. Products for the rest of your stay are at your own expense. 8. Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee and subject to availability. 9. Failure to comply with the house rules (presence of animals, smoke odors of any origin, etc.) will result in an additional €50 management fee. 10. Heating and water must be used responsibly and in accordance with regulations established by law. Their use is intended for the number of guests specified at the time of booking. If we notice excessive consumption, such as use that does not correspond to the number of guests, reimbursement of incurred expenses will be requested.
