From the moment you step inside, you'll be charmed by its warm and bright atmosphere, blending modernity with Parisian charm. The Bedroom: A cozy and soothing sleeping area featuring a plush double bed, perfect for restful nights. The Living Room: A welcoming space with a high-quality sofa bed that can accommodate 1 to 2 additional guests. It’s the ideal spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with a stylish coffee table and a sunlit living area. You can reach me 7 days a week from 9 AM to 11 PM, via phone, SMS, or email. However, if you plan to arrive after 11 PM, it is essential to consult and carefully follow the self-check-in guide provided to you. This guide is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival process, even outside the hours when I can assist you directly. After 11 PM, I will unfortunately no longer be able to respond to your requests or offer assistance. Please make sure you’ve prepared everything in advance to avoid any issues with your late arrival. The apartment is non-smoking. Parties are not allowed to respect the peace and quiet of the property and neighbors. A baby crib is available upon request for an additional fee of €40. In-person check-in is available upon request for an additional fee of €50. Self-check-in is available 24/7, offering great flexibility for your arrival. Phone assistance is available from 9 AM to 11 PM, every day of the week. This apartment is unfortunately not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (PRM).
