The Living Room A welcoming space filled with natural light, featuring a high-quality sofa bed (sleeps 1 to 2), an elegant coffee table, and a relaxing corner ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The Open Kitchen A fully equipped American-style kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials to cook your meals just like at home. You can reach me 7 days a week from 9 AM to 11 PM, via phone, SMS, or email. However, if you plan to arrive after 11 PM, it is essential to consult and carefully follow the self-check-in guide provided to you. This guide is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival process, even outside the hours when I can assist you directly. After 11 PM, I will unfortunately no longer be able to respond to your requests or offer assistance. Please make sure you’ve prepared everything in advance to avoid any issues with your late arrival. The apartment is non-smoking. Parties are not allowed to respect the peace and quiet of the property and neighbors. A baby crib is available upon request for an additional fee of €40. In-person check-in is available upon request for an additional fee of €50. Self-check-in is available 24/7, offering great flexibility for your arrival. Phone assistance is available from 9 AM to 11 PM, every day of the week. This apartment is unfortunately not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (PRM).
