The living/dining room is elegantly furnished, very well-kept and generously lit with a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining table, perfect for sharing moments together or working alone. There's a fan available for maximum comfort. The open-plan kitchen includes essential appliances, cookware and crockery to fulfil any of your culinary requirements. The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
