This beautiful and large house from the 1930s is located in the heart of La Madeleine, rue Roger Salengro. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. It has three bedrooms and a bathroom. You will even enjoy a small courtyard at the back. You will be about ten minutes walk from Lille city center! Ideal for your stays with family, friends or for your business travelers!

The house is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - Entry lock - Large living room with lounge area and dining area - Cooked equipped - separate WC - Exterior courtyard First floor : - A first bedroom with double bed - Bathroom with bath, shower, sink and washing machine On the second floor : - A second bedroom with double bed Third and last floor: - A third bedroom with two separate single beds Please note that the stairs in the accommodation are typical of our pretty buildings in Lille: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.
