This apartment is located in La Madeleine (Nouvelle Madeleine district), rue du Parc. It is on the 7th floor (with elevator) of a quiet and secure residence. The apartment is very functional, has two balconies and a secure parking space in the basement. You will be at the gates of Lille, ideal for visiting the city or for business trips.

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance opening directly onto the living room & dining room area - Equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, etc. - Laundry area adjoining the kitchen and having a washing machine - Bathroom with a bathtub and a shower (separated by a wall) - separate WC - Two bedrooms with double bed overlooking the rear of the building - Two balconies, one on the living room side and another on the bedroom side The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
