Welcome! Located in an upmarket building with its own private security and small supermarket downstairs, my home has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Comprised of a open-living space with a small balcony outside; the television has internet connectivity for you to watch Netflix or Youtube as relax on the couch. You will also find a fully-equipped kitchen with tea and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine is also available for you to refreshen your clothes when needed. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed that's line with fresh linens for a comfortable stay, while the bathroom comes with a bathtub and shower for you to relax. Complimentary toiletries and fresh towels are provided free of charge. Please note our home will be sanitised and cleaned before your arrival. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy!

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
