Step out onto your private balcony and take in breathtaking panoramic views of Dubai Marina. Perched high above the city, the outdoor retreat features stylish seating and a hanging chair perfect for unwinding and enjoying the unforgettable skyline and water views. The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The beautiful bedroom has a plush king-size bed, quality linens, and plenty of storage. It also boasts an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience, plus direct access to the balcony, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee with a view. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
