You also can find some supermarkets nearby the building where you can also order and they will deliver within 1-2 hrs. This apartment is designed with an open and cosy living room, where you can relax in the sofa bed after a long day exploring the city. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The place contains a comfy king-size bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
