The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stovetop, an oven, and a microwave, to cook delicious homemade meals. For added convenience, the studio has a washer, a drying rack and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
