The living room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sitting area (including a sofa bed), a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for four. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Step outside and relax on the balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for admiring the stunning Marina view. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfy queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
