It's also close to Dubai Marina and JBR, making it a desirable location for those who want to be near key areas in Dubai. This lovely 59m2 apartment is on the 5th floor, accessible by lift. The living room has a convertible sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as swimming pool, gym, 24/7 Security, covered parking and RTA paid parking just right outside the building (for visitors).

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests. Kindly note that the minimum age for check-in is 18.

This flat has everything you need and more for a short or longer stay. it's spacious, clean, well equipped and very close to a metro station. I really enjoyed my 2 week stay and would recommend.
