Situated on the 1st floor of Binghatti Rose with a lift, and straight access to the pool from every bedroom in one of the new buildings in Jumeirah Village Circle, this modern and tastefully decorated apartment offers convenience and comfort. The unit is strategically located near top attractions in Dubai. Additionally, it is near a Geant Grocery store, which provides prepared meals and a small café. This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa that can be used as a single bed, a wide-screen smart TV for streaming your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. A private balcony with seating areas is also available for lounging and enjoying morning coffee in the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove and an oven. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom comes with two single beds, both adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
