This apartment is an interior unit without direct windows to the outside. While it offers a peaceful and private environment, it might not be ideal for those who prioritise natural light during their stay. The living area is tastefully designed to create a cosy and inviting atmosphere. It features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, ideal for relaxed meals or casual conversations. A dishwasher is also provided for added convenience after preparing a delicious home-cooked meal. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery, making it easy to prepare and enjoy your favorite dishes. For your laundry needs, the apartment also includes a washer and ironing equipment. The main sleeping area boasts a plush double bed, dressed in premium hotel-quality linens to ensure restful nights and a touch of luxury. Additionally, there is a separate bedroom featuring a comfortable single bed, also adorned with quality linens. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
