Here are the key points to remember: 1. Please respect the property and the neighborhood. Your stay is in a home, not a hotel. 2. Upon departure, please leave the property in good condition, as you found it: empty the trash into the bins, close the windows, lower the heating, and turn off the lights. 3. In case of any issues, our team will strive to take immediate action, but please note there is no on-site staff. 4. Cleaning is provided to restore the property including cleaning of the premises and laundry by professionals. It does not include dishes, various waste disposal, deodorizing, etc. Dishes must be clean and put away. An additional fee of €25 will be charged for extra cleaning. 5. Bed linens and towels are provided: change during the stay available upon request for an additional fee. 6. Additional cleaning service is available for €50, to be requested before your arrival. 7. You will find some supplies for your arrival. Products for the rest of the stay are at your expense. 8. Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee and subject to availability. 9. Non-compliance with the house rules (presence of pets, smoking odors regardless of their source, etc.) will incur a €50 surcharge for management fees. 10. Heating and water should be used responsibly and according to the rules established by law. Their usage is intended for the number of guests indicated on the reservation. If excessive consumption is noted, such as usage not corresponding to the number of guests, a request for reimbursement of incurred expenses will be made.
