Welcome to Villa Layla, This splendid 240 m² villa is fully air conditioned, is offered in its entirety and features 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms/shower rooms , a swimming pool,(heated if required), 3 terraces, and a garden. It is just a 5-minute walk from Place de la Corniche and a 10 minute walk to the beach.
Space
Villa Layla will charm you with its layout and decoration. Recently renovated, it has all the necessary amenities for a wonderful vacation. Spread over 3 floors, it offers both spaciousness and intimacy. On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as 2 master suites, each with a bathtub and shower. A utility room with washing machine & tumble drier. Separate toilet. On the 1st floor, there is the living room, the games room, and 2 master suites, one of which has a private terrace (with sea view). On the top floor, there is the master suite with sea view terrace and a workspace for remote working (WiFi: Fiber). For your safety, the pool has a safety cover, a security fence with lockable gate and a security camera. The garden includes 2 outside dining areas, a gazebo and sun-loungers. A barbeque and plancher are available for guest use. There is a range of weights and exercise equipment available for guest use.
Access
Fully fenced villa accessible via an electric gate. It offers 4 to 5 parking spaces for cars as well as a charging station for electric vehicles. Wheelchair accessible, but please note the presence of two small steps (5 cm) to access the living room/kitchen and two bedrooms.
Interaction
Villa Layla offers a private concierge service by Charles Osborn as well as an external housekeeper who will be at your disposal during your stay. The concierge will welcome you at the villa and will be available to meet all your requests. Charles Osborn's team can, upon request, make reservations, plan activities or events, do the shopping before your arrival, and much more. (Requested services are subject to additional charges.)

No smoking in the house. Garden ashtrays provided Bed linen with large and small towels provided. Bath robes and pool towels provided End-of-stay cleaning included (additional cleaning services available upon request during your stay). Check-in from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (additional charge of €50 for arrivals after 8:00 PM). Check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest. A security deposit of €4,500 is required (excluding reservations via Airbnb). Dogs are allowed with an additional cleaning fee of €100.
