The grand Cordouan Lighthouse stands on an islet in the estuary, accessible by ferry.

A cosy apartment in the Royan, south of France. Perfect for summer holidays at the beach for small families and friends.
Space
Welcome to our Home! Situated in a perfect location, this 52 m² apartment has a sunny living room, ideal for all meals. The elegant kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a myriad of cooking instruments. Of course, all kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery are also provided. For sleeping, there are three bedrooms, each with a washbasin, two being a double bed and the third having a single bed. A simple shower is accessible for all tenants. Perfect for families or groups. The childcare equipment present in the apartment makes it very suitable for young children. There is also a pleasant balcony where you can watch the sunset or sundown. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and cool environment. It can be utilized as a heater during colder weather conditions as well. Enjoy your stay!
Access
Guests will have access to the entire home! Travellers can access the terrace through the balcony by opening the black wrought-iron gate. The keys needed for entry are conveniently stored in a black and grey key box, which can be found on the internal wall of the mailbox, situated to the right of the gate. Additionally, a code will be automatically provided to the travellers 24 hours prior to their arrival.
Interaction
I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.
Other information
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. The apartment is suitable for babies, there are all the equipments you need. I love children so feel free to bring them along with you during your vacation and feel at home. NOTE: We have made every effort to ensure your comfort by providing you with a pleasant, well-equipped and clean apartment.
