Welcome to my home! Centrally located to enjoy all that the city has to offer. This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Equipped with a comfortable sofa, relax in the lounge after a busy day exploring the city. The apartment also has plenty of windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your own home! The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential utensils and cutlery to prepare a delicious meal. The bedrooms have comfortable king-size beds with hotel linens and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is equipped with all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a shower, toilet and sink. Towels and toiletries are also provided free of charge for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and disinfected for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included) The apartment is located on a somewhat busy street and may there is some noise.
