The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably.

Welcome! The living/dining room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a soft sofa bed and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. There is a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a large furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances and essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. Please note that the induction cooking plate currently has only two working burners. The bedroom contains a comfy double bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
