This studio is available on a Mobility/Civil lease ONLY (30 days min).

The cosy living area features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed (140x200), with high-quality hotel linens and a TV. Enjoy seamless Wi-Fi access throughout your stay. The dining area includes a table for three, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, and kettle. The bathroom has a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. Although there is no washing machine, you can conveniently visit the Éclat Libre Service laundromat, which is just a 2-minute walk away. The studio is equipped with a fan but does not have air conditioning. The building features a tranquil courtyard, offering a calm atmosphere within the property. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The studio is professionally cleaned between stays. Just come and enjoy!
