Come stay in this bright 45m² apartment, ideally located just steps from the Promenade des Anglais, in the heart of Nice. Please note: only 15 steps to climb to access the apartment. Its central location allows easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and beaches. A perfect choice for a memorable holiday in Nice!
Space
Upon entering the apartment, you will find a few steps to reach your floor, where the living room is located. In front of you, the fully equipped kitchen awaits. To the right, the first door leads to a bathroom with a shower, sink, and mirror. The second door on the right gives access to the WC. To the left, the first bedroom, with a view of the street, welcomes you. The second door on the left, near the kitchen, leads to another bedroom also with a window facing the street. A perfectly located accommodation!
Access
The apartment is located in the heart of Nice. No parking is included with the rental, but you will find street parking as well as nearby underground parking options. Please note that these options are paid. If you wish, we can provide you with a baby cot during your stay for a supplement of €15. Please inform our team at least 48 hours before your arrival.
