The property is close to various attractions, such as The Dark Dreams Paris, Château of Vincennes, good restaurants and shops, and the Croix de Chavaux station is just 3 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome! The front door of this 101m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated living area with a comfortable sofa and large TV. A magnificent bay window overlooking the vegetation bathes the room in light and makes for a very comfortable atmosphere. The dining area features a large table for up to six guests. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals, including breakfast, with its kettle, filter coffee machine and toaster. A washing machine is also available. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other two bedrooms each have a single bed. The beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linen. Closets are available to store your belongings and make you feel right at home. Ceiling fans are installed to ensure a comfortable, well-ventilated environment. Bathrooms are equipped with mirrored basins and showers. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. All you have to do is enjoy!
