It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, featuring a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a private courtyard. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the metro, this house offers a peaceful stay while being close to all amenities.

Welcome! This charming 20 m² house with a private courtyard, nestled behind a small garden, provides the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The living area has a comfortable sofa bed that converts into a double bed. It opens onto a private courtyard with chairs, ideal for enjoying sunny days. The dining area features a table that can accommodate up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals: a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and washing machine. Upstairs, the bedroom offers a double bed (140x200) dressed in hotel-quality linens. Closets are also available to store your belongings and make you feel at home. The bathroom has a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. You'll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The house is professionally cleaned between each stay. Please note that barbecues and parties are strictly prohibited. All that's left is for you to enjoy!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Good, clean studio apartment that matches the advert. Metro stop just a few steps away, I recommend it. A small plus for the small private terrace which is very pleasant.
