The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a smartTV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The apartment includes a cozy furnished patio where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There are three comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds, and the second and third bedrooms have double beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). The flat does not have a washing machine but there is a laundromat nearby in Cliftonville called Margate 360 if needed. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. One of the bedrooms has a ceiling height of 1.85 metres which might not be suitable for very tall guests. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
