The property is located on the ground floor. Thoughtfully designed with an open floor plan, the living area features a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after exploring Madrid. The adjoining kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry during your stay. Each of the two bedrooms has a comfortable double bed fitted with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing all the essentials for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
