Our 69 sqm apartment in 56 Westminster Park is just a short distance from Liverpool City Centre and the iconic waterfront, ensuring that city life is never more than a short walk away. With plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to Liverpool Lime Street train station (a 13-minute walk), guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 4th floor with an elevator, our apartment provides a homely and convenient base for exploring Liverpool. It's ideal for leisure and business travellers due to its central location and proximity to key attractions. Whether you're a Beatles fan, a history buff, or simply looking to enjoy the vibrant culture, Bevington Bush offers a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring this dynamic city. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. Both have a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
Access
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Flat is great, very clean, beds comfortable plus separate bathroom for both bedrooms good location for town, no parking around flat, local area is in development
