Fall in love with the authentic charm of our village house, nestled in a peaceful southern cul-de-sac. With its 75m², this typical house offers a haven of peace ideal for two, three or four people. You will be enchanted by its shaded inner courtyard, carefully renovated, and comfortable veranda.

The fully equipped kitchen, with stove, oven, microwave and washing machine, opens elegantly onto the living room, which overlooks the courtyard with its balcony. Upstairs you will find a beautiful bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the second floor, another bedroom with two 90 cm single beds awaits you. The privileged location of our house will allow you to reach the first beaches of Marseillan in just ten minutes, while the beaches of Cap d'Agde are a fifteen-minute drive away. The highway exit is also ten minutes away, which will make the journey very easy. You can reach Béziers in twenty-five minutes by car, and Montpellier in forty. There are several parking options nearby, just 100 meters from the house. You will be surrounded by all amenities, with shops, a market (on Tuesday mornings), restaurants and a public park offering sports trails and games for children.

You will have access to the entire house with a private entrance and private access to the inner courtyard.
