Welcome to my apartment! Our apartment ensures an unparalleled living experience in the heart of Dubai's most vibrant and sophisticated community. The location amenities are equally impressive, with a serene lobby area in the building where you can find peace to work, read, or study. Moreover, the property offers direct access to the scenic Marina Walk, allowing you to indulge in a stroll, jog, or bike ride along the waterfront, enjoying the refreshing Marina breeze. The inviting living room features a large sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door that leads onto a furnished terrace with a stunning view of the iconic Ain Dubai, the world's largest observation wheel, providing a mesmerizing backdrop to your luxurious stay. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. Both rooms feature a King-size bed and are complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. A new building adjacent to the property is under construction. Some noise may occasionally be audible on the balconies or inside the apartment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Enjoy your stay!

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
