This is a self-check-in property, and we will require identity verification prior to check-in. Standard check-in time is 4 PM onwards. In compliance with local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before arrival to register you as a guest with Dubai Tourism. This apartment is fully licensed and registered as a Holiday Home. A Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night will be charged in accordance with Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If our team finds evidence of smoking (such as smoke smell, ashes, or cigarette butts), we reserve the right to impose a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout is strictly at 11 AM. Late checkouts without prior notice (at least 48 hours in advance) will incur a penalty of AED 500, as we need adequate time to prepare the home for the next guest.
