While offering a glorious sea view, this apartment is fully furnished, which includes a living area equipped with a sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options, and a dining table that seats five people. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the magnificent views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom welcomes you with a majestic king bed alongside a cozy single couch bed. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this copy of your passport to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
