Tastefully decorated, this chic 58m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice. The living room features a comfy sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony with chairs to enjoy a fantastic skyline view. The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. Lastly, the 1.5 bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!
