Welcome to my studio! Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, our charming studio is more than a place to stay; it's an experience. The homely studio with a balcony offers a retreat after a day of city adventures, providing comfort and style in the heart of Dubai. It is designed with open living, dining, sleeping and kitchen areas. The living space features a sofa bed, a comfortable king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a door leading onto a furnished balcony, perfect for unwinding. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the pool, Rooftop jacuzzi, kids play area, BBQ facilities and the gym.

Please note that late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of AED 150. This fee must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process. Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED X per night. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our property in the best quality and on time. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests. Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum. Kindly note that the minimum age for check-in is 18.
