The apartment is fully furnished with all modern amenities for a great stay. Overlooking the marina and offering beachside views, this property is sure to please the whole family. There is an open living area so that you can bring your friends or family members to enjoy your time together. The unit has all modern amenities for a great stay and has a balcony overlooking the bay and a beach view. There is also a washing machine so you can wash all your clothes when you arrive and leave with clean clothes for the next trip. The master bedroom offers an ensuite with a king-sized bed, with a secondary bedroom with two single beds and access to the secondary bathroom in the apartment. Fresh towels, bedsheets/linens and toiletries are provided at no extra cost! Cleaning and sanitisation is also provided as well. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that there may be construction nearby during your stay, which could result in some noise during the day. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
