You can't fail to miss Dubai's iconic Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai's crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world's tallest building but also the world's largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children's play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads, and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. Cross one of the bridges to the Burj Khalifa park in the cooler months and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner watching the dancing fountains. Welcome to my home! This 93m2 apartment is on the 8th floor and is centrally located in Downtown Dubai. It is the perfect home base for those who want to be right in the city's cosmopolitan heart. The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept. It includes a comfortable sitting area and a smart TV where you can watch your favourite shows. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The two bedrooms contain a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
