Welcome to my home! This 93m2 apartment is on the 8th floor and is centrally located in Downtown Dubai. It is the perfect home base for those who want to be right in the city's cosmopolitan heart. The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept. It includes a comfortable sitting area and a smart TV where you can watch your favourite shows. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The two bedrooms contain a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice. Enjoy your stay!

Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Apparently perfect, ideally located in downtown 5min walk from the Burj and the Mall. Identical to the photos and very clean. Very responsive and understanding host.
