Fitted with a plush sofa, a flat-screen TV subscribed to Netflix, and a comfy queen bed (lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens), relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. There’s also an accessible balcony with a gorgeous view of the Dubai Marina. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an induction cooker, an oven, and a microwave. If you fancy dining in, you can dine at the dining bar available. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. As your safety and health is our priority, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
