Welcome to my home! A cosy apartment with chic Scandinavian and mid-century vibes. My home is conveniently within a 30-minute drive from Dubai International Airport, The Dubai Mall and the iconoclastic Burj Khalifa. The living room is open, with a seating area and a dining area to relax after a long day exploring the city. There's also a balcony to relax and enjoy the city views! The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, such as an oven and a microwave. The bedroom is outfitted with a plush king-size bed lined in hotel-quality linens and a contemporary ensuite with all the essentials to freshen up, such as a shower and hairdryer. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. You will have access to the building's swimming pool and gym during your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
