Welcome to my home! Bright and spacious, this apartment is just 15 minutes from the city centre. It is situated on the 3rd floor, accessible only by stairs, near a vast selection of stylish restaurants, pubs, and shops on the street. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table big enough to fit six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, an oven and a microwave. It also includes a washer, a dryer machine, and a dishwasher. The three bedrooms each have a double bed, and each is complete with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. There are also multiple storage spaces for belongings and a work desk with a chair. Both bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Note: The main door to the building has now been fixed by building management. Enjoy your stay!

Kindly keep in mind that this is a residential area. We ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low, particularly in shared spaces like the staircase. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at a minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
