The apartment is within easy walking distance of the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, the National Museum, and many other historic landmarks and attractions.

Welcome to my home! Originally renovated in 1987, this superb apartment is centrally located and within easy reach of all the city’s attractions. Please note that the property is on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. The living room and kitchen are open-plan, creating a bright and airy space. The living area features several comfortable sofas, a TV, a dining table for four, and charming window seats where you can relax with a drink. From the living room and main bedroom, you can enjoy wonderful views of Arthur’s Seat, unobstructed by tall buildings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric stove, oven, kettle, and other essential appliances. There are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds. All beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The bathroom includes all the essentials for your convenience, along with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort and safety, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
