In a well-kept, secure residence, discover a beautiful 38m2 air-conditioned flat that can accommodate up to 4 people. Fully equipped and well thought-out, you'll have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It's the ideal place to come and enjoy the city as a tourist, family or business destination. All shops within walking distance. Parking included.

Flat located in a quiet, well-maintained residence. On the 4th floor with lift. It is composed as follows: A beautiful, bright living room with sitting area, flat-screen TV, wifi and a sofa bed for 2 people opening onto a lovely terrace. A fully-furnished kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery and all you need to cook, as well as a dining area with a table and 4 high chairs. A separate bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, storage space, washing machine and a separate WC. ATTENTION: The blind in the lounge is being repaired. For your comfort, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa sticks, 3 sugar cubes, 2 mini cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet, 1 dishwasher tablet). Included in the cleaning charge.

Physical check-in: available until 11pm. (Please note: if one of our receptionists is available for a check-in after 0:00, you will be asked to pay a supplement of €20 on arrival). Secure building with digicode. Flat on the 4th floor with lift. Parking included.
