Where do I find my booking ID or PIN code?

Your reservation is associated with your email address. You received a booking confirmation via email that includes your booking ID and PIN code.

How do I contact you?

To access the inbox, please sign in to your account, select your booking, and click on 'Send a message.' If you don't have an account yet, you can simply create an account with the same email address that is associated with your booking. If your matter is urgent, please refer to the phone number provided in your check-in instructions email.

How do I extend my reservation?

To make changes to your reservation, such as extending the stay, please sign in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, you can simply create an account with the same email address that is associated with your reservation. Once you are signed in, access the 'My bookings' section. Open the reservation you wish to alter. You can see the option 'Extend my stay' in the section 'Manage booking' if the extension is possible. Then select days and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation by email.

How can I cancel my booking?

If you made a reservation directly through our booking website: To cancel your reservation, please sign in to your account. If you don't have one yet, simply create an account using the same email address associated with your reservation. Then go to the 'My bookings' section and open the reservation you wish to cancel. If your reservation is eligible for cancellation, you'll see the cancel option under 'Manage booking.' A confirmation will be sent to your email. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to process. If you made a reservation through another platform: For reservations made via Airbnb, Booking.com, or other platforms, please cancel your reservation directly on the platform where the booking was made.


Pricing and discounts
How can I use a discount voucher?

You can apply your discount voucher during the checkout process on our website, before you complete the booking payment.

Do you offer discounts for long stays?

Yes, we offer better prices for longer stays on some properties. Once you select your dates and search for properties, any applicable monthly discounts will be automatically applied.


Check-in and check-out
What do I need to do before my arrival?

Please fill in your missing details; only then can you access the check-in instructions. Depending on the location of your reservation, we request guests to share with us information such as arrival time, contact information, or provide information that is legally required by the local authorities, or validate the security deposit. We sent you an email from where you can fill in your missing details, or you can do so on our website once you are signed in.

How do I check in?

Check-in instructions are sent to your email a few days before your arrival. If you did not receive the email with instructions, make sure you fill in all missing details, such as arrival time or guest details, or validate the security deposit if requested.

How do I request an early check-in or late check-out?

To request early check-in or late check-out, please sign in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, you can simply create one with the same email address that is associated with your reservation. Once you are signed in, access the 'My bookings' section. Open the reservation you wish to alter. In the section 'Manage booking,' you can see the option to request early check-in or late check-out if the service is applicable. Then select the timeframe. Once we approve your request, you will be asked to complete the payment. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Payments and refunds
I haven't received my refund. What should I do?

Refunds can take up to 14 business days to process. If you haven't received yours after this period, please contact us with your booking details for assistance.

How can I check my payment status?

Sign in to your account and navigate to 'My bookings' to check payment statuses and details. You will be able to access payment receipts through your booking and through email.

Monthly payments

For long stays, you can choose to pay month by month. We will send you an email once it is time to complete your next monthly payment. Please make sure to pay on time, otherwise your reservation may be cancelled.


Property features and amenities
What should I do if something in the property isn't working?

In your booking details, you can find a house manual for some amenities. If you did not find the answer there, contact us through the inbox immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

How can I request a parking space?

Parking availability varies by property. Check your booking details for parking options or contact us.

Where can I find the Wi-Fi and password for my rental?

Wi-Fi details are included in your check-in instructions. If you can't locate them, please contact us.


Sign in or Create an account
Do I need to create an account?

You can make a reservation, fill in missing details, or access check-in instructions, without any account registration. However, you will need to have an account if you want to contact our support via the inbox, cancel a reservation, extend your stay, or request early check-in or late check-out.

How do I create an account?

Visit our website and click 'Sign in' to create an account. If you have one or more existing reservations with GuestReady, they are associated with your email address. Once you create an account, you will be able to access all your previous reservations.

I can't sign in to my account. What should I do?

If you're having trouble signing in, make sure you enter the right email address and try resetting your password.

I haven't received my account verification email. What should I do?

Check your spam folder or search your mail history for the verification email.
