You can't fail to miss Dubai's iconic Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai's crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world's tallest building but also the world's largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children's play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads, and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. Cross one of the bridges to the Burj Khalifa park in the cooler months and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner watching the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed-use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.

The apartment is located on the 8th floor with a lift. It is only 10 minutes walk and 4 minutes by car from the iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

Welcome to my home! This 93m2 apartment is on the 8th floor and is centrally located in Downtown Dubai. It is the perfect home base for those who want to be right in the city's cosmopolitan heart. The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept. It includes a comfortable sitting area and a smart TV where you can watch your favourite shows. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The two bedrooms contain a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Aparentemente perfeito, idealmente localizado no centro da cidade, a 5 minutos a pé do Burj e do Centro Comercial. Idêntico às fotos e muito limpo. Anfitrião muito recetivo e compreensivo.
