This brand-new unit on the 37th floor, tastefully decorated with a modern touch, offers a delightful 165m² space near Dubai's top attractions, including the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall! The apartment boasts an open floor plan adorned with new furnishings. The living room has a sofa, a large smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. Step onto the private balcony featuring a comfortable outdoor lounge area, ideal for unwinding while taking in the stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The unit features three stunning bedrooms with king-size beds, each adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens for ultimate comfort. All bedrooms provide access to the balcony and the master bedroom includes an ensuite with a shower and bath. The 2.5 bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. Please note that late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of AED 150. This fee must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process. Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our property in the best quality and on time. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests. Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.
