The property is within walking distance of the beach and the boardwalk, but quite a bit away from the city center.

This fantastic three-bedroom apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of Valencia La Cadena train station. It is modern and fully furnished with all the commodities for a pleasant stay. There are plenty of attractions, restaurants and shops nearby the property, so guests will have plenty of activities to do during their stay and its close to the beach.

Welcome! You will enjoy exploring nearby attractions, such as Las Fallas Festival, L'Oceanogràfic and Valencia Cathedral. Modern and tastefully furnished, the apartment has a bright living room. It features a comfy sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a tiring day. There is also a dining table for four where you can eat with loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals. There's also a washing machine and ironing equipment if you wish to do laundry. The property has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms contain a double bed and one of them has a single bed. All beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom is well-ventilated and has all the basics. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries are supplied. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). NOTE: The flat is on the 3rd floor without elevator!

Close to the beach, the apartment is equipped with. The only negative is the 4th floor and there is no elevator
