Welcome to my apartment! This stunning duplex apartment, spread over two floors, boasts 188 m² and 3 bedrooms, making it the perfect retreat for families and friends eager to explore Valencia. Located on the 5th floor of a well-maintained building with elevator access, the property ensures easy access for all types of guests. The open-plan living room is cozy and equipped with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, from a ceramic hob and oven to a microwave and a dining table for six. It also features a dishwasher. Laundry needs are covered too, with a washing machine, a drying rack in one of the rooms, and ironing equipment at your disposal. Please note that for longer stays, if there are 7 people, 2 people will have to use the double sofa bed. The main floor features two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed, both furnished with fresh linens. The highlight is the upper floor, accessed via a spiral staircase, which includes an open bedroom with a double bed, another bathroom, and access to the terrace with beautiful views. The apartment includes two bathrooms, both equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Families traveling with children will appreciate the availability of a crib and high chair, making it a family-friendly space. Private parking for one car is included, adding extra convenience for guests with their own vehicles. Pets are not allowed. Furthermore, to ensure the comfort of all residents, playing loud music in the apartment or on the terrace after 10:00 p.m. is strictly prohibited to respect the neighbors' rest. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
