Welcome to Clos du Rayol Canadel, Come and discover our charming apartment ideally located for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Côte d'Azur. Nestled in the picturesque commune of Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer, this accommodation is perfect for families, friends or couples looking to relax and enjoy the wonders of the region.


Space

When you arrive, take advantage of two reserved parking spaces. The apartment is fully equipped to ensure your comfort throughout your stay: The apartment has an entrance opening onto an open fitted kitchen. The living room and living room open onto two bay windows allowing direct access to the sheltered terrace. An independent bedroom on the same level as the living rooms composed of a 140x200 double bed and storage space (wardrobe and chest of drawers) A separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub are located next to it. Upstairs a semi-open double bedroom with 4 single beds which can be joined together on request. The accommodation is not air-conditioned but it is through and has ceiling fans upstairs and a floor-standing fan in the downstairs bedroom. For fans, the residence has a pétanque court, perfect for moments of relaxation in the open air.

Access to the private property "Le Clos du Rayol" is from Avenue du Colonel Bouvet, detailed instructions will be sent to you by email. You will have 2 private outdoor parking spaces as well as visitor parking.

After completing the check-in form, I will send you detailed instructions for accessing the property and using the key box 48 hours before your arrival. I can always be reached before/during and after your stay :) We have implemented a self-check-in system so you can access the property with ease, at a time that suits you best. Although check-in is self-guided, I am always available to answer your questions or resolve any issues you may have. You can contact me via the booking application or by whatssapp.


Other information

No smoking / pets not allowed / parties and commercial activities prohibited You just have to cross the road below to enjoy the beaches, the accommodation is quiet however it is possible to hear a little noise from the traffic. The garden visible in the photos belongs to the accommodation located below and is not accessible.
