Welcome to my 48m² apartment on the 3rd floor without a lift at the 18th Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its two bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!

Welcome to my apartment! Located close to the Gare du Nord station, the property benefits from a central location with excellent transport links. The neighbourhood is lively, multicultural and bustling, with constant traffic and numerous shops nearby. Situated on the 3rd floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 48m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an oven, a kettle, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200) and the second a double bed (140x200). Both beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
