Welcome to my 50m² apartment on the 1st floor (no elevator) in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its living room with sofa bed, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located just a few minutes from the metro, you'll be able to enjoy a pleasant stay in Paris.
Space
Welcome! The duplex is next to a restaurant, and you may smell their cooking in the apartment. To reach the apartment, you need to climb a few narrow stairs. This is a two-level apartment, and it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. My home is a one-bedroom unit that can comfortably fit four people. It includes a double bed with clean linens, a living room with a convertible couch bed to fit two, and a fully equipped kitchen that can handle light cooking. The bathrooms have all the amenities to help freshen yourself up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. You will have all the essentials you need, including a TV, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, fridge, basic cookware, kettle, cutlery, toaster, microwave, coat rack, hangers, towel dryer, hairdryer, ironing facilities, and vacuum. This apartment is kids-friendly, and we have a baby crib at your disposal. My home is professionally cleaned for your safety and comfort. Enjoy!

Very clean accommodation. The only problem was the very strong smell of food and there were no coffee capsules or toilet paper for the number of people indicated at the time of booking.
