I would be delighted to welcome you to my charming apartment (50m²) for 2 people, located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. Situated on the 4th floor (no elevator), it has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully-equipped kitchen, a bright living room, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. Additionally, Gare de L'Est Metro and Canal Saint-Martin are close by.

Welcome to my home! This stylish flat features elegant white interiors and beautiful wooden flooring, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Relax in the spacious living room, which features a comfortable sofa facing an LCD TV. Multiple windows throughout the space allow plenty of natural light, enhancing the room's brightness. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cutlery you need to prepare a delicious meal. It includes a stove, an oven, and a fridge. There is also a dining area with a table and chairs for three people, ideal for dining in. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. Upon your arrival, you'll find complimentary hotel-quality linens provided for a restful stay. The bathroom includes a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. For your convenience, fresh towels and free toiletries are supplied. Please note that there is no elevator in this building. Enjoy your stay! ✨
