Directly on the Place des Céléstins, in the heart of a very beautiful bourgeois building, this charming renovated one-bedroom apartment of 41m2 will welcome you for a tourist stay as a couple, with the family or during a business trip. Comfortably equipped for 4 people, close to all amenities and quiet, the perfect compromise!
Space
The accommodation consists of an entrance, a living room with TV and sofa bed that can accommodate two people, an open kitchen fully furnished and equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle , etc... a separate bedroom opening onto a very quiet courtyard with a double bed and storage space (wardrobe and shelving) and a bathroom with bath and WC. The whole apartment has an internet connection and WIFI. For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already set up, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo , 1 shower gel, 1 soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa sticks, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 maintenance kit for the living room (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.
Access
The street is accessible by car but it is impossible to park there. The closest car park is the Célestins car park. The apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator and is entirely reserved for travelers.
