Originally the Royal Mews, the studio was built in 1866 as stables but is now fully converted to residences in Bayswater. Very central, many of London's greatest attractions are just minutes away. The property is also only a 5-minute walk from the closest tube station and less than a 15-minute walk away from 3 other stations, including Paddington Station, making all of London easily accessible.

Welcome! This adorable home is the perfect base for visiting London, from stables to studios. Designed and furnished to ensure you have a comfortable stay, the studio's interior is simple and cosy. It is fitted with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a Queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens. It is perfect for getting a bit of rest in between your city exploration. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as an induction cooker, an oven, and a coffee machine, to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. The bath has all the amenities needed to freshen up, including a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. This studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Have a fantastic stay!
Access
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
